AI Disclosure
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
Denova Analytics LLC offers services that incorporate artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation technologies. This disclosure is intended to set clear expectations about the nature, limitations, and appropriate use of AI-assisted deliverables.
1. Nature of AI Outputs
AI and machine learning systems generate outputs based on patterns in data. These outputs may include predictions, recommendations, classifications, automated reports, or generated content. You should be aware that:
- AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information
- Results may reflect biases present in underlying training data or model architecture
- AI systems do not possess independent judgment, understanding, or intent
- Outputs should be treated as analytical tools, not as definitive or authoritative conclusions
2. Human Review Recommended
Denova Analytics strongly recommends that all AI-generated outputs be reviewed by qualified human personnel before being used to inform business decisions, communications, or operational processes. AI-assisted deliverables are intended to augment, not replace, professional judgment and human oversight.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Denova Analytics does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. Actual results may vary based on data quality, model assumptions, environmental conditions, and other factors outside our control. We do not represent that AI systems will operate without interruption or error.
4. Third-Party AI Tools
In delivering services, Denova Analytics may utilize third-party AI platforms, APIs, and models. The use of such tools is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers. Denova Analytics is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or data practices of third-party AI systems.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients remain solely responsible for all decisions made based on AI-assisted deliverables. This includes decisions related to business strategy, resource allocation, customer interactions, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Reliance on AI outputs without appropriate human review is at the client's own risk.
6. Evolving Technology
AI and automation technology evolves rapidly. Capabilities, limitations, and best practices change over time. Denova Analytics is committed to applying reasonable care in the selection and application of AI tools and to keeping clients informed of material changes that may affect their engagements.
